I put up this website for three reasons: to entertain, to educate and most importantly, to inspire other people to do the same. I, among many Abrenians around the world feel honored to have her in our beloved province of Abra. Though she's not originally from Abra, she has called our province her "home" since she was posted here in 1970s.

This town fiesta, we Banguedenios pay tribute to Miss Pura Sumangil, founder of CCAGG or Concerned Citizens of Abra for Good Government, whose outstanding work exemplifies the qualities and visions of human goodness.

May God continously bless you and your family so you can continue your unparalled work to inspire more people around the globe. We salute you, Miss Pura Sumangil!

Hi,
I often heard of the good works of CCAGG but didn't know about the founder. So thanks for uploading this. For some reason, I can't play it but it may be because of my very slow internet connection. I will come back again to view it because I'm a sucker for inspirational stories and I'm sure I will be inspired by this story :-) Thanks again.

Hello! This video gives lesson to all Abrenians.Now,we know the real image of politics.Sis.Pura Sumangil did a great job,she is eye opener to all what is really happening behind politics.Politicians should then be honest,loyal to serve the people and set their goals,visions to make Abra a progressive town including all the Municipalities..
