Held annually in March during the Arya Abra Festival, the Tingguian Festival features the rich and colorful dances, rituals, costumes and songs of the Tingguians or Itnegs. Umali kayo!

Arya Abra Fest 2006

I rarely see Abra get featured on a travel show. So when I learned about LivingAsia Channel's feature on Arya Abra Festival 2006 last August, I was hoping I could watch and record the whole episode but to no avail.

Anyway, here's what I have in my hard drive. Albeit "bitin", I hope you'll still feel the festive energy and re-live the moments and memories of past Arya Abra Festivals.
